I work to be client centered-(what goals do you want to work on?). I want us to explore this question so that I can best help you. I utilize CBT(cognitive behavioral therapy), DBT( dialectical behavior therapy), and have been trained in TF-CBT(Trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy).

Hello. I'm Heather! I'm a License Clinical Social Worker with a Master's Degree in Social Work. I've worked in community mental health for almost 9 years throughout many different roles. I have worked with children from age 5 to adults struggling with various mental health diagnoses. I especially enjoy helping those work towards recovery from addiction as well as people working to address their trauma.

I offer personalized therapy designed around your goals and comfort. I provide evidence-based treatment in a safe, non-judgmental space through a telehealth format.

We will start with an introductory session where you can share your story and goals with me. I work to create an open minded environment full of acceptance to be able to identify goals that you  want to work on.
